Terms of Shipment and Delivery

Our service promise to you:

  • Same-day shipping via UPS/UPS Express when an order is received by
    3:00 p.m. (Monday through Thursday) or 1:00 p.m. (Friday)
    (Please contact us by phone if you would like express shipping service – a pro rata surcharge will be applied.)

  • Next day dispatch with UPS or alternative.
    Delivery, as a rule, asap - depending on the carrier and the mode of dispatch.
  • Freight charges have to be paid by the customer.
  • All items are available immediately. However, if we cannot deliver immediately, you will be informed of the new delivery date as soon as the order is placed.

Goods may be returned in most cases. However, please note the following for the return shipment of goods:

  • The sterility of sterile products must be guaranteed.
  • The packaging must be in good condition, without markings and labels, and clean.
  • The shipment must be complete.
  • Goods must be returned within 4 weeks of the date of delivery.

We are unable to issue credit or full credit for a return shipment if these conditions are not met.

Please note that in most cases, a processing fee of 15% of the goods value will be charged for return shipments.
