Cut to the perfect length
The precise shortening instrument (PF001-CPI), allows TORP and PORP implants to be shortened in 0.25 mm increments to the required length:
8.0 to 2.5 mm for Total Prostheses (TORP)
5.0 to 1.5 mm for Partial Prostheses (PORP)
Thanks to this reusable instrument middle ear implants can be tailored to each patient‘s unique anatomy, removing the need for predefined fixed lengths.
